Building a 1-minute good habit
Sounds good, right? I have been struggling to build a good habit myself Because it takes time to form one. You have to put a lot of effort, time, dedication into creating a good practice, And you have to be consistent in building that good habit. When Covid strikes and quarantine starts, I lose track of my good habits, It's hard to wake up early in the morning, and I even neglect taking care of myself to the extent I don't eat healthy anymore, not brushing? Disgusting! But true. I keep on procrastinating each day that passes by, forming bad habits, and having anxiety. And it has gotten worst, and I end up in depression, sad. Still, reality hit me; there was a time I didn't want to get up from bed and just laying there holding my phone and browsing my social media and just watching Youtube videos.
There was a time where I didn't eat breakfast anymore or even have a sip of water, and I felt guilty like I always felt this guilt that the way I'm living my life is not that good anymore. I don't know what happened to me, But thank god I came across this website where I watched some videos about life. They have these Inspirational words of wisdom that touched me. And I even cried. It hit me hard. They have this Challenged where you have to Build a 1-minute good Habit! It starts There. I tried challenging myself! Why not? It's just 1 minute I have time. I started doing some exercise for 1-minute. I went outside and jogged for 1 minute. That was the time I gave for this challenge. Still, as days passed by, I added more time doing exercises and then tried building another habit for 1 minute. I started learning other languages, and it was fun. Well, it's not too late to make a habit as long as you know how to accept to be wrong about it and not think of it as a failure.
