What is Vegan?

 People who consume no meat, eggs, or dairy products that come from animals.Also, one who abstains from using animal products such as leather bags, shoes, etc.
So if you are one of those people whos not into products that came from the animals, Well, welcome to the vegan world!!So if you are going to start a vegan diet or a newbie in this diet, do more research and consult a Dietician/Nutritionist first before jumping straight into this kind of diet. Let us talk more about Vegan Diet.
Set a daily plan for the first month, especially for those newbies out there. Planning ahead of time is an excellent way to track your diet. One way is to grab your phone, download some apps like a to-do list, or just make a list on your notepads, for your meal plans.

Do recipe research; there are a lot of videos and content out there that are really easy to follow. At least you have a lot of choices for that 1-month vegan diet plan.

Tell your family or partner about your diet plan. Why? Because you need some support and also talk to them that its a strict diet plan and they have to make it as much as possible not to seduce you to eat foods that are not vegan,



Prepare yourself mentally and physically because the 1-month vegan diet is complicated, mainly for newbies, So to achieve your diet goal is to restrain yourself from those distractions.
