How to control your kids from using gadgets
We have to keep away our children from excessive use of gadgets because there are adverse effects on our children's health, Such as addiction, stress, poor sleep patterns, eyestrains, and headaches.
As a single mother, I can't lie that gadgets help me manage my son's tantrums sometimes, but I'm feeling guilty about it. That's why I decide to monitor the time and how often he can use gadgets.
So have you tried every means just to refrain your kids from using gadgets? Worried about their health, especially their eyesight? Well, been there, done that. Tried everything like bribing them with food, toys, and everything but yeah! It's not working at all! But I found some application that helps a lot.
